Once again it's that sad time of the year to take the Walkabout out of the water. And once again with the help ( and the vehicle ) from Udo, the job went without any problems Everything looks good down here!

Oct 5 2010-Fall Colours

A beautiful fall day to go out fishing and enjoy the colours. These next 3 pictures were taken coming out of the Muskoka River from the George Rd branch.

Well, once again we caught no fish, but Joanne was enjoying all the fall colours as well as a few snacks.

Sept 20 2010-Painting with Udo

I took two days off from my regular job to give Udo a hand to finish painting a cottage on Allport Bay before the weather turned too cold and wet. We lucked out and got two beautiful days to do the job.

Lots of windows to trim out and lots of awkward corners to paint.

Almost finished. I was not used to this kind of hard labor and I had some pretty sore muscles for a few days. I was glad I could be of some help.

Sept 15 2010-Back to the Real World

The wedding is over, the honeymoon is over, back to the real world. FISHING!
We started off casting. No fish. We tried trolling. No fish.

We met up with my no good brother-in-law Andy and his friend. They were catching fish.

We didn't catch anything except a couple a good pics of the Wenonah II-----

And the Lady Muskoka. It's good to be back in the real world!

Sept 12 2010-Our Honeymoon

Although the weather wasn't the greatest, in between showers we went for walks along some of the old logging roads and had a riverside picnic. We went for walks along the sandy beaches.

We had a little time to play on the slide.

We enjoyed two beautiful sunsets.

Did I mention we also had an indoor hot tub. We played in that as well!

The next day after our wedding, we headed North to Sand Lake Cottages & Inn for 2 nights and 3 days. We had the entire upper floor to ourselves. As a matter of fact, we had the whole place to ourselves.

Sept 11 2010-Wedding Day-It's Over

The wedding is over and it is time to head back home with a few friends for a few snacks, a few drinks, and a little entertainment supplied by Jason on the quitar. The few snacks.
