Finally Caught a Fish!

Finally; after five trips out on the ice I caught a fish. I went fishing with Udo for some "Rainbow Trout"
He managed to catch two while I only caught one.
However, I took two home for dinner. Nothing beats fresh fish. Makes me hungry again just thinking about it.

It's really quite amazing just what you'll see when out for a walk in the snow.

Seeds,Bees & Deer

Here are a couple of pictures of a Milkweed seed pod in the process of distributing its future generation. Also, check out the bee hive. Pretty cool the way they built it under the rock outcrop.Finally, a camera shy deer.

Bed Time

Well, it had to come to an end sooner or later. It was a great Summer and Fall. The fishing was the best ever. Together with friends we caught and landed 274 Bass, Pike and Pickerel.Now it's time to say goodnight to the boat and we'll see it again next May.
