In addition to the really small Perch, I also caught & kept a 26 " Pike. It weighed 3.6 lb. We had this one for din-dins. My attempt at fileting this Pike was very successful. Hardly a single bone.
Also caught another very nice Smallmouth Bass. It was 2.7 lb.
And another nice one. This one was 2.8 lb.
Also had a very pleasant visit from a couple of lovely young women, giving away " Globe & Mail " newspapers as well as drink boxes & assorted fruit candy bars. All in all, a great day.
