Fishing Fun-Aug 19 2006
Another day of fishing alone. I haven't had too many of those this year. Today the fish were biting pretty good. I landed 5 Smallmouth Bass and lost another 3. The last one I lost was right in front of the boat. I got a good look at it as it jumped out of the water and spit the hook.Maybe around 3 lb.
This Bass weighed 1.4 lb.

Bass seem to be biting,no Pike pics.Must be the time of year, presentation and bait.Knowing you they were released for someone else to enjoy.
